The hotel had plenty of space for our family of four, obvious facilities, and a very big room located in the old part of the hotel. The service was very nice and helpful but not up to the standard of the rest of the hotel. The location was great, not too far from the center and malls, near the Phaya Thai station, and very convenient for quick access to the airport. The dining experience offered a great variety of Asian and Western food but was a bit disappointing for a five-star hotel in terms of service. The facilities were lovely.

My stay at the hotel was wonderful. The rooms were very nice and comfortable, a little small but nicely decorated. Staying at the new tower provided fresher rooms with amazing views. The service was professional and attentive, not overwhelming, making me feel welcome and well taken care of. The location was great, very near the sky train, making it easy to move around the city. The dining experience was too good to be true with a lavish variety for everyone's taste, although it was a bit expensive. Overall, a fantastic experience with some minor drawbacks.

Staying at this hotel was an absolute delight. The rooms were not only clean and beautifully designed but also incredibly quiet, providing a comfortable stay in two different towers of the hotel. The service, especially from Marut, was impeccable both at reception and in the restaurant. The location was convenient, making it easy to reach the airport or city center, and the hotel staff, particularly Supravee and the concierge team, made our stay even more enjoyable.
